Oralieve grew Meta return on ad spend 82% year on year and purchases 126%, beyond its two hero products.

Oralieve makes products for dry mouth and sensitive oral conditions. Two products drove most of its Meta results, and growth had hit a ceiling.

The challenge.

Campaigns leaned on two bestsellers, which limited warm reach and repeat purchases across the catalogue. Cold audiences barely knew the brand or its niche, and there was no messaging framework to build trust.

Budget and audience size capped growth, and any rise in spend risked eroding return.

What PUSH did.

PUSH raised investment by about 10% at a time and watched return on ad spend, replaced narrow interest targeting with lookalikes of high-value customers, and wrote education-led prospecting creative on how common dry mouth is. Warm audiences saw ads built on each product's selling points.

Testing showed that Collection ads and Dynamic Product Ads with longer copy sold the most. PUSH then ran a dedicated campaign for the rest of the range, using the same approach, which made previously weak products viable to promote.
