The challenge.

Ross Handling had worked with another agency, was unhappy with its Shopping growth and had considered pulling back on pay-per-click. Its type of business does not always succeed on Google Shopping.

PUSH met the company at a joint event with Google, and had to change its view of what Shopping could do in a short time.

What PUSH did.

PUSH agreed a detailed roadmap of products and target results, and pushed harder for a higher impression share. It used Google's smart bidding and ran Shopping, search, display and, newly, video campaigns together.

Feed management tools improved the product feeds, and restructuring them meant more relevant products appeared. Smart display and target ROAS search campaigns ran alongside.

In Ross Handling's words.

We have driven massive growth on a monthly basis whilst maintaining a keen eye and control over cost. Profitable growth is key and the team at PUSH are helping make this happen.
