Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how PUSH, the AI practice of Push Group, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and trackers are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Along with similar technologies such as unique identifiers, web beacons and pixels (together, “trackers”), they let a site work correctly, remember your preferences, measure performance and support marketing.

The categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Technical cookies required for the site to operate and be delivered securely. These are always active.
  • Functionality. Trackers that support basic interactions and features, such as sign-in and live chat.
  • Experience. Trackers that improve quality and allow interactions with external content, such as web fonts and embedded media.
  • Measurement. Analytics trackers that help us understand traffic and how the site is used — for example Google Analytics, Matomo, HubSpot Analytics, Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Marketing. Trackers that deliver and measure advertising — for example the Meta pixel, Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn and Outbrain.

Measurement and marketing trackers, and third-party functionality and experience trackers, are only set where you have given consent through our cookie banner.

Third-party services

Some trackers are set by third-party providers, which may process data outside the UK. Their own privacy policies govern how they use that data. Providers may include Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Hotjar and Outbrain, among others.

Managing your preferences

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave and Opera) let you block or delete cookies.

For interest-based advertising, you can use industry opt-out tools such as Your Online Choices (EU), the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance (US).

Withdrawing consent

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by changing your cookie preferences or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Retention

Cookie lifespans vary by provider and purpose, from the length of a single session to longer periods set by the provider. You can remove stored cookies at any time through your browser.
