Where Copilot rollouts stall

And where the training leaves the team.

The gap between buying licences and using them.

After the licences are bought

  • Licences bought, usage flat.
  • Nobody is sure which Copilot features their plan and settings include.
  • Prompts without context, sources or an expected output.

After the training

  • Match Copilot features to everyday Microsoft 365 tasks
  • Prepare prompts with relevant context and sources
  • Review summaries, drafts and data analysis before use
  • Create a practical adoption plan for your team

How the training runs

Built around your team's tools and real tasks.

  1. Step 1

    Understand

We learn how each team works, what tools you use and where confidence is strong or thin before designing anything.

  2. Step 2

    Tailor

We build sessions around real tasks and your own examples, so everything taught maps directly to daily work.

  3. Step 3

    Deliver

Practical, hands-on sessions where people apply AI to live work and ask the questions that matter to them.

  4. Step 4

    Embed

Reference materials and a support window, then a review of what is being adopted and where to go next.

Questions about Copilot training

Is this Microsoft 365 Copilot or GitHub Copilot training?

This course covers Microsoft 365 Copilot for business productivity. It is not a GitHub Copilot coding course. For AI-assisted development, explore our Claude Code and OpenAI Codex training.

Does every Microsoft 365 subscription include the same Copilot features?

No. Access depends on your plan, licensing, administrator settings and the application you are using. Confirm the features available to your team before agreeing the practical exercises.

Can the course focus on our team's applications?

Tell us which Microsoft 365 applications your team uses and which tasks you want to improve. These details help us scope relevant exercises and identify any access requirements.

Which AI tool should my team start with?

Start with a tool your organisation has approved and a task you can check. The fundamentals transfer across tools; a dedicated ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot course can then develop platform-specific skills.
